I've been wanting to come here for a while and I'm so glad I did. It's delicious comfort food! Came with a large group from work for lunch. Service was fast and friendly. One of the dishes was delayed coming out and they were quick to make up for it by offering a free dessert to make up for it. They have a great variety of Asian dishes...something for everyone.
It was a cold rainy day and toasted banh mi with soup sounded amazing. I ordered Thai BBQ Chicken Sandwich Combo and chose soup for side. Devoured it. It's true I was starving but I'd be lying if I said it wasn't absolutely delicious. I have had banh mi at other places and the bread tends to be over toasted which I don't care for. This was done just right. The wait for food seemed a little long since I only had an hour lunch but I was still able to enjoy it with a few minutes left to spare. I will be back.
It's been 2yrs since Mai Pham sold this location to a new owner. The menu still offers Pho, Pad Thai, Kao Soi , Buddah Spring Rolls. Quality still Good and still my favorite for Fresh Spring Rolls, Pad Thai and Pho. Chefs might have changed I have no idea but their food still cures them cravings and Star Ginger location is near me.
Got the chicken noodle bowl (added shrimp), pretty good stuff. My gf got the pad Thai with chicken and tofu, somewhat spicy for pad Thai but had a nice peanut sauce. Good sized serving, friendly workers, and relaxed atmosphere!
